This is a story about life's possibility. Ten years ago i survived a heart attack thanks to great healthcare and love. Now, i am riding my bike from New York City, NY to Palm Beach Gardens, FL to celebrate my incredible GOOD fortune with my father, family and friends. It's a ride of over 1,600 miles, a little over two weekes to show that if a 52 year old Type 1 diabetic can still go for it, anyone can!

Live Life Look Forward is not a slogan (though, maybe a mantra) for us to use for our ride, but instead a way for everyone to understand how and why we are approaching this trip. If you take a second and think of an event in your life when you said to yourself "I know I can do it, I have to move on" then we are exactly on the same page. If you haven't yet got to that belief and action, then tag along and I have no doubt we will Live Life and Look Forward together over the coming months.
